Features:
CY14-1B series pump is the use of cylinder rotation, by variable head (swash plate) varia-
ble axial piston pump. As between the shoe and the variable head, between the oil pan and the
cylinder between the use of hydraulic static balance of the best film thickness design, so that the
two pairs of moving surfaces between the pure liquid friction operation, and omitted Heavy thrust
bearings, and therefore compared with other types of pumps, with a simple structure, small size,
high efficiency, light weight, low noise, long life, self-absorption and other advantages.

1.The pump can not afford to build pressure, insufficient flow?
Reduce the resistance loss in the suction passage, increase the level of the tank, disassemble
the oil pump, clean the moving parts, reassemble the equipment, and adjust the variable
characteristics of the pump.
2. Pump noise is too large?
Replace the oil at the working temperature or start the heating tank before starting. Reduce the
resistance of the intake passage and increase the oil level.
3. Oil and oil pump temperature rise is too high?
Replace the oil, increase the volume of the tank or increase the cooling device, repair the
relevant components; overhaul the oil pump.
4. The oil pump returns too much oil?
According to the "decoration" section of the maintenance of these two pairs of sports pay.
5. Leakage at the pump seal?
Dismantling the sealing parts, check the details of "0" ring and seal the damaged part and a
matching part of the scratch, bump, burrs, and grinding clean, replacing the Xinmi seal; replace
SD or SG shaped skeleton oil seal lips.
